Remember The Future

This Silicon Valley company had recently decided to combine three previously independent lines of business into one unified product. At the  same time, the company had seen a major realignment in top management. The goal was “one Taos,” which meant orienting all parts of the company to a new understanding of what they offered customers, and to a new way of working with each other and the management team.

Knowsy revealed the slippages between what management wanted to convey, and what employees believed management wanted from them. Speedboat clarified what  employees believed helped and hindered the company’s stated goals, and Remember the Future started the process of creating a detailed pictures of the concrete steps needed to get there.
