Reed Elsevier is provider of information solutions to professionals in the fields of science, medical risk, the law, and business. The company uses serious games to engage both internal stakeholders and external customers. The company realized it needed to define and refine customer requirements, and determine stakeholder prioritization regarding enhancements to existing solutions. Management also desired feedback on internal policies and the work environment from staff.
So far, more than 100 of the company’s employees have been trained as Innovation Games facilitators, as they have found the games and techniques applicable to all their diverse work environments.
